“How’s life working out being in the front office this season?” "CJ/Shotty: well its been a battle to get everything in place, still a few bugs to work out but we wont get into the details of that quite yet, things are moving smoothly up front though." “What are your thoughts on the roster moves and drafts?” "CJ/Shotty: for better of for worse.... no definitely better, we got rid of all that immature bullshit and replaced it with well compramised mature men, and a woman!, with this team, i dont have to worry about seeing any idiots out in the open thinking they can 1 man the battle “How do you feel about the early going of the season from a front office perspective and have you talked to Cap? Do you guys keep in regular contact?” "CJ/Shotty: i think this team shows much more promise than i had even considered in the beginning, seeing this team in battle seeing as ive been in other teams, this team looks most promising. and i think ill be the first to tell you that we keep more in contact than youd want to know about ive nothing more to say about that. “What are your expectations for this team from what you’ve seen and heard?” "CJ/Shotty: well seeing as im in front office most of the time, i dont really hear too much besides a win and a loss, but from what ive seen statistics wise, its enough to make me feel good in more than one place!" “Thank you Shotty, for being here. We appreciate your time.” "CJ/Shotty: see ya later, space cowboy"

Reporter: “How’s life working out being in the front office this season?”
Reb: Ever since I had to take an unfortunate leave of absence, its been tough to sit back and take the wins that these guys are getting out there. Its a tough league and I want to help them out. But after our disappointing last season I see where I can help and I’m honored to be here and proud of the team as a whole."
Reporter: “What are your thoughts on the roster moves and drafts?”
Reb: You know Cap is a great field leader and knows how to win. He and everyone that didn’t get dropped last season knew what it would take to turn V around and I think Cap did an awesome job. Cap has always been one of those guys who scouts out new talent. I should know since I got scouted by Cap 3 years ago. This season he went out there and got some excellent, mature, talent that knew how to go out there and take the W."
Reporter: “How do you feel about the early going of the season from a front office perspective and have you talked to Cap? Do you guys keep in regular contact?”
Reb: I’m very proud and excited. I see myself as a sports agent for the team. I do whatever needs to be done to ensure the only thing they are focused on is the W. I’ve even thinking of getting the team a couple of strippers for morale purposes. I’m in contact with Cap everyday in one way or another. We keep good communication so there are no confusions or mistakes on game day."
Reporter: “What are your expectations for this team from what you’ve seen and heard?”
Reb: The locker room is filled with chatter of wins, how the team got them, and if its losses, what to do next time. Overall the team is strong and we have a lot of potential to go out there get the W everytime. I cant tell you our game plan but I can say that we have talent and from what I’ve seen and heard from everyone including Cap, is that we will do what it takes to go out there and win. Even if we have to put a player like Ryan in like we did game 1."
“Thank you Reb, for being here. We appreciate your time.”
Reb: Always a pleasure."

Reporter: “Cap, one week into the season, how is life and life with the team?”
Cap: “Life is good. Anytime you’ve got Blue Deuces it’s Miller time. Miller Lite, good call. Um, life is going good. I’m really relaxed. It’s the first season of my career that I haven’t had to deal off the field distractions in the form of a girlfriend. It lets me keep my focus on what’s important right now and that’s the progress of this team. The team has been awesome. They’ve done everything I’ve asked of them so far and the results in our record show it.”
Reporter: “How do you feel you’ve performed as a leader and player?”
Cap: “I do what I’m paid to do. I’ve worked in this system my entire career, so everything is fitting to me. I understand the game plan. I think the team understands as well and we’re on the same level. These guys make my job as team Captain easier by listening and following instructions. In return I respect my team and I listen to them. It’s a mutual respect. We are all here to do a job. I do mine and they do theirs. Together you have a team. It takes a team to win in this league and that’s why I think we’ve had some early success.”
Reporter: “How do they feel they handle their first media conference?”
Cap: “What I heard was interesting, but still critical in answering your questions. This is their first PC of many and I think we will see them mature both as a player and as a spokesperson. It was certainly enjoyable and the love how you guys bring out the ideas in them. I think you guys have helped my career by making me think wins and losses over. Also things I could have done differently that might improve my play. It keep the fans and media up to date and let’s us be critical of ourselves. A tool I failed to use on only one team and that team never won a game that season. I think the media helps make V what it is.”
Reporter: “When you talk business you don’t sugarcoat anything do you?”
Cap: “I don’t eat sweets!”
Reporter: “What’s next on the list? You’ve gotten the wins so far and the drafts. Any game plan changes?”
Cap: “We’ve got 3 W’s. We’re a long way from where we want to be. It’s a start and you have to start somewhere, but we want to go a lot further than just 3 W’s. We want to make ourselves contenders. And to get to that point we have a lot of clean up work to do. As for game plans you know I don’t discuss any plans of ours. Whether its game plans, draft plans, or release plans it doesn’t leave our headquarters until its been stamped and completed. We keep you guys well informed, but never too informed. Because then you would know us better than we know ourselves and we would then be vulnerable. Copy?”
Reporter: “Copy. Thanks Cap for your always fun and informational answers.”
Cap: “Grazie. See you guys Tuesday.”

“Take us through your first matches and how different is this team to you compared to last seasons squad?”
Filthy: “Well I think it went well so far, nothing happened that I didn’t expect and were doing well. I am glad we lost the kids no more bickering and bullshit I hope, but ultimately I like the team we have now, were working with some players who know the controller a little better and can really put up a good fight for V if given the chance. So I think we need to implement a practice for the whole team 2 a week mainly because I need to know who is watching my back so when I see them die I know to watch my back. But ultimately I think the whole experience went well and we learned a lot hopefully our new rules keep us from making any more mistakes.”
“What impresses you most about this team?”
Filthy: “ Well chuck I was quite impressed with what I saw out there, although the places we decide to camp during the matches aren’t always the place I like to hold down I do like the roster we have this time around. Hanger for example we had a man on every corner and opening which was good but ultimately we need to hide in places to be less visible. But we got a plan we just need to find a plan that works for us. I’m also really glad to have gotten rid of the children no more bickering we have some mature men and women out there on the field and I’m happy with what I saw out there. One more thing id like to add chuck, out on the field when a player goes down id like to know where so I can make an educated decision as to where I want to travel. Where the enemy is and what part of the map their holding. But all in all I’m exited to be here I’m here for the team we have a great bunch of fighters out there we just got to stop fucking around.”
“How’s the locker-room feel?”
Filthy: “You know chuck I’m glad u asked me that the locker room feels good it’s a good place and u know we can all bullshit and we always check their rank so we can talk about our opponents get a feel for what were up against prepare a plan of action get pumped it has a good feel. Chuck, one day when I wear a championship game battles ring u can check it out but all in all it’s a good place.”
“What are your expectations for yourself and this team?”
Filthy: “Wow chuck that’s an interesting question I just want to play a game and chillax on the couch but it gets a little serious and ultimately I’m here for the team here when they need me and really chuck I’m just looking to ruin some poor kids night and shit in his cereal giving him a big ass loss for the record boards.”
“Can this team be a contender?”
Filthy: “I’m sure all the players and mixes could be just that some people weren’t dedicated to the team and where it goes they were off in their own land sucking dick for x. But if we all show up and get our shit together get our thumbs out of our ass we can surely go somewhere with this bunch of players.”
“Thank you Filthy, for sharing with us today. We appreciate it.”
Filthy: “Ur welcome chuck it was a pleasure talking to you although let me say your spell check is a nigger. PEACE.”

“Ryan, what went through your mind when Cap asked you if you would like to be drafted onto this team?” Ryan: "I was thinking he was just messing around about it.”
“You’ve been consistent early this season. Explain to us why it has been working for you? How do you feel about play thus far?”
Ryan: "Good team and good about play so far.”
“You seem to fit in nicely to the scheme. You’re like the blitzing linebacker and you have plenty of help in the secondary with your post holders. How does your game coincide well with theirs?”
Ryan: "Because I know I have a few people with me when I go in and more watching my 6 as well.”
“How do you feel the team has done so far this season?”
Ryan: "I think we have done pretty good so far after the first game got out of the way and all.”
“Does this team have areas that need work?”
Ryan: " There’s always something to work on but I don’t know what it is rite now.”
“What are your expectations for yourself and this team?”
Ryan: "Go out there do what u can, don’t run your mouth, good sportsmanship, listen to Capt. when he’s talking, let the captains talk in the lobby and I don’t know how many you want so.”
“Thank you Ryan, for your time and cooperation. We appreciate it.”
Ryan: “No problem.”

“Welcome to MLG Cue. How’s the big league treating you?”
Cue: “Its a tough league. Even though we have a 2 loss streak I’m anxious to get back on the field every night.”
“How do you feel about the team’s performance so far?”
Cue: “ Last season the V Clan went 0-12, right now we r sitting even at 3-3 that alone is great performance and a big W in my book!”
“Are you happy with your performances thus far?”
Cue: “I got blown out most of the rounds but I did ok in some resulting in much needed kills that helped the momentum of the team.”
“Do you like the locker-room and the group people in there?”
Cue: “The locker room is a place to clear your head an put your game face on and I love those mother fuckers in there.”
“Cap put a lot of faith in you signing you as a rookie and putting you in the starting line-up. How did that make you feel that he gave you that opportunity?”
Cue: “ I have made some rookie mistakes out there but I will work on them and make up for them in the future, I guarantee it.”
“Do you think your history of video gaming played a role in his decision?”
Cue: “That’s probably the only reason, We’ve been gaming for more than a decade and he knows how competitive I am. He also knows I tend to brake controllers if im that pissed.”
“Any areas you see as weaknesses for this team?”
Cue: “ I think one area we need to work on is, when we are up, don’t poke that head out an get picked. Camp cause you know they are.”
“What are your expectations for yourself and this team?”
Cue: “I just want to progress with the team and to progress we need tons of practice. I think we only practiced once so far an that’s not nearly enough. We also need a plan of attack for each map.”
“Thank you Cue for time and laughs. We love those laughs.”
Cue: “There will be many more I assure you.”

Did you take the idea serious?” Jafar: "I said are you ready to take this shit to the next level and it was very serious.” “You guys seem to get along well. Jafar: “Holding our shit down." ” What are your expectations for yourself and this team?”

“What were your thought when Cap asked you to join V?”
Biz: "Basically Tom, when he asked me to be in the V all I thought was I’ve been in the V plenty of times before, but this V is very special and close to my heart. My agent made a 1 year 6 digit agreement with the owners and I couldn't be happier."
“From what you’ve seen, how’s the team doing?”
Biz: "We are the BOMB-DIGITY son and if you don’t think so come find out for yourselves. We will embarrass you."
“The times you’ve been on the field how do you feel you’ve performed?”
Biz: "When I’m sober I do spectacular. When I’m not so "sober" i would prefer to sit the bench."
“Biz, you haven’t played in many games this season, but you have been effective when you have played. Are we going to see you suited up more as the season progresses?”
Biz: "We're family now Tom, we own nub-sicles 24/7 365 days a year."
“What will make this team better? What do you guys need to do to become a top 100 team?”
Biz: "We're #1 in our fans hearts and that’s all that counts. We have the fastest growing organization in the Biz right now. You can't ask for much more."
“What are your expectations for yourself and the team?”
Biz: "As long as we keep our games faces on we will dominate. We have the best pre-game ritual to help us focus 110% every match....shwag, 30's, nugz."
“Thank you Biz, we appreciate it.”
Biz: "Me to Tom....good day."

This is fucking awesome! It's fun, funny, and educational. I'm really impressed with what you all had to say. I like how different we all are even in writing. I see all of our real life attitudes in our PC. Nice job team. I'm really impressed. Maybe the classiest group I've ever been apart of.
