Let's start with the discussion board. Who on here (players) besides me, moe , and syn even utilize this tool? The worrisome part is that syn hasn't even been on this team that long and he has more registered comments and posts than members who have been here months longer. Why is that? Who wants to win here?
Practice: From now on what is said to be done goes. If we are to wait 2 mins before you shoot then wait the 2 mins. I know the rules state to not fuck around during practice and it WILL NOT happen again. I don't like to be there, but I know we need it to make ourselves better. I'm there doing it and everyone else will be too. Feel free to open ideas and methods. The discussion board is a great way to share ideas heading into the next practice so they can implement them into the scheme and practice plan. Also verbally discuss the ideas with teammates and get feedback. It's luckily only once a week right now, so tough through it. Let's get back on track.
Numbers: Need to really start adding up. Not necessarily individually, but certainly collectively as a team. The last match that Capt D69 played in, he was the only member that was positive on both maps and we got goose egged. If only one guy is positive then he has to be extremely positive to make up for 5 teammates who are negative to win. If the top 3 out weigh the bottom 3 then we have a chance. I have bad games like everybody else, but we have to keep those to a minimum, because we're putting all the pressure on fellow members. We have to perform at a high level. I've been looking at photos of number and they are not good. I certainly hate losing to teams that have no bizness beating us.
Photos: Here's who has some photos, but certainly not enough. I have photos from cue, lady, jafar, ryan, moe, filthy, and biz. If you are gonna to play in battles then you are REQUIRED to take a photo of every map ESPECIALLY losses. Here's the deal, you are required to have pics of 80% of the matches you're in. If we play a 6v6 then 5 people must take a pic. No excuses. I take a pic every map and if I didn't take most of those pics we'd have no evidence of our wins. This change is effective immediately.
